Return Policy
Returns, exchanges and cancellations
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. The product must be new, unused, and in the original packaging. A restocking fee of 10% will apply. The client is responsible for shipping costs. If it is deemed that a returned product is opened or used, the product will not be returned and the customer will be responsible for covering all costs related to shipping the product back to them. The customer may also be charged an inspection fee. If the return is accepted, the client will be charged for the shipping costs originally paid by Canbat when the product was first purchased. Any product which arrives damaged will be refused. No exceptions. Refunds are received within 2 business days from the date the return is accepted. If a pre-order is placed but not yet shipped, there will be no restocking fee and a full refund will be provided upon order cancellation. If an order is placed for an in-stock item, but not yet shipped, there will be a transaction fee of 3%, the non-refundable fee the credit card processor charges us. In case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for the original cost of shipping paid by Canbat, and the cost of shipping to return the item to Canbat. The restocking fees are waived for exchanges unless the new item purchased is of lesser value.
To proceed with a return, please fill out the returns form below. Please allow 48 hours for a Canbat representative to provide you an RMA number, and instruct you where and how to ship your product back to us for inspection.
