Shipping Charges
Canbat offers free shipping on most batteries within Canada and the United States, including lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄), sealed lead-acid, and lead-carbon batteries. Orders under $100 may be subject to a flat $20 shipping fee. We ship to residential, business, and PO Box addresses using trusted courier partners such as Canada Post, Canpar, Loomis Express, UPS, and FedEx. All batteries are shipped by ground and are typically delivered within 1–7 business days to most Canadian cities. Delivery times vary by province (see below). Shipments to remote or rural areas may take a few additional days. U.S. deliveries may also take longer depending on location. For any questions about shipping, our team is available by email, chat, or phone.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canbat Technologies Inc., its affiliates, distributors, and resellers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, downtime, or loss of data, arising from the use of or inability to use the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Returns
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. A 10% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If a returned product is found to be opened, used, or damaged, the item will not be eligible for return. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs to have the product returned to them, and an inspection fee may apply. If the return is approved, the customer will also be charged for the original shipping costs incurred by Canbat when the product was first shipped. Any product arriving damaged will be refused — no exceptions. Refunds are processed within two business days once a return is accepted.
Pre-orders that have not yet shipped, cancellations are eligible for a full refund with no restocking fee. For in-stock orders that have not yet shipped, a 3%-6% non-refundable transaction fee will apply to cover payment processing costs. In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for both the original shipping costs paid by Canbat and the cost of shipping the item back. Restocking fees are waived for exchanges unless the new product is on sale or of lesser value.
All returns must be shipped via courier — in-person drop-offs are accepted by appointment.
Canbat operates a hybrid logistics system, using both our own warehouses and third-party fulfillment partners. The policies and fees outlined above help ensure fair and efficient processing for all customers. To initiate a return, please complete the return form. A Canbat representative will provide you with an RMA number and return instructions within 48 hours. Any package sent without a completed return form or RMA number will be refused.
