Who can apply to become a Canbat dealer?
Any registered business in Canada or the United States can apply, including retailers, installers, wholesalers, service companies, and online stores. We welcome both small businesses and established organizations.
Do I need to be an established business to join the dealer program?
Yes. The program is designed for legitimate businesses with a resale or service operation. If you are not a business, you may join our affiliate program, which is tailored for non-business promoters and content creators.
Can online stores or e-commerce businesses join the program?
Yes. We fully support e-commerce retailers, whether you plan to carry inventory or operate purely through dropshipping. Many of our dealers sell on Shopify, WooCommerce, and marketplace platforms.
Do you accept applications from U.S. businesses?
Yes. U.S. businesses are welcome to join the program. We also offer free shipping to the United States on qualifying orders, and our dropshipping program supports both Canada and the U.S.
Is there a cost to become a Canbat dealer?
No. There are no application fees, no membership fees, and no annual renewal fees. The program is completely free to join and maintain.
Are there any annual fees or long-term commitments?
No. Dealers are not required to meet any yearly commitments. Distributors operate under separate terms involving minimum purchase agreements.
Do you require a reseller agreement or contract?
No contract is required. Once approved, you can begin ordering immediately under our standard dealer policies.
How long does it take to get approved?
Most applications are reviewed within 24–48 hours. Your dedicated account manager will contact you once your account is activated.
Do you require business registration documents?
No documents are required during the application process. However, if your business has a tax number (GST/HST/EIN), providing it helps ensure accurate invoicing and compliance.
How do I access dealer pricing?
Once your application is approved, you will receive your wholesale login credentials and access to your dealer pricing list. Pricing is updated regularly to reflect market conditions and promotions.
Do you offer volume-based discounts?
Standard dealer discounts apply to all Canbat and Rich Solar products. For bulk orders or large commercial projects, your account manager can provide custom pricing.
Do dealers get wholesale pricing on all products?
Yes. Dealer pricing applies to the full range of Canbat batteries and chargers, as well as Rich Solar panels and solar accessories.
Do you offer dropshipping for dealers?
Yes. We offer free dropshipping and blind dropshipping throughout Canada and the United States, allowing you to sell without holding any inventory.
Do customers receive tracking for dropshipped orders?
Yes. Tracking information is emailed directly to the dealer. You may share it with your customer as needed. We never contact your customers directly unless you request it.
Do I need to carry inventory?
No. Carrying inventory is optional. Many dealers operate fully through dropshipping. If you have a storefront, keeping a small display stock is recommended but not required.
Where do orders ship from, and how fast is shipping?
All orders ship from our Canadian warehouses. Same-day shipping is available for all in-stock items, and we offer fast, reliable delivery throughout Canada and the United States.
What types of batteries can dealers purchase?
Dealers gain access to our complete product lineup, including lithium (LiFePO₄), cold-weather LT lithium, AGM, lead-acid, and lead-carbon batteries, as well as chargers, inverters, wiring accessories, and solar components.
Are your batteries certified?
Certifications vary by product. All certificates are available on each product page under the Downloads tab, and additional documentation can be provided upon request.
What is the dealer warranty process?
Dealers may submit a warranty claim on behalf of their customer or direct the customer to our online warranty form. All warranty submissions receive a response within 24 hours, and we prioritize a fast, transparent resolution process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, e-Transfer, ACH, and bank wire. Dealers may use credit cards without any transaction fees. Financing for large purchases is available through Affirm.
