If you need to send an item to Canbat, we can help you access competitive shipping rates through our discounted courier accounts. Whether you’re sending an unwanted item back or shipping a product for warranty, we can help ensure your shipping costs are minimized. Please note that products must be labelled appropriately to meet all regulatory requirements. Kindly ship items back to Canbat using the original Canbat packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, ensure that products are packaged in boxes suitable for your item’s weight. The products must also be padded to avoid damage during transportation. Fill up any space inside the box with styrofoam or other protective packing materials. Canbat is not responsible for items received damaged. Returns of damaged items will be rejected. Warranty is voided for any products that arrived damaged. Shipping must be from a physcial address; PO boxes are not supported.
