Order Status
Once you place an order on our website, an account will be automatically created for you. In this account, you can view your order status, shipping details, purchase history, documentation and saved payment methods. For any additional questions regarding your order, you can contact us via phone, email, or chat.
Payment Methods Accepted
Canbat accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB when orders are placed online on our website. We also accept e-transfers and wire transfers. Customers paying by e-transfer receive an additional 2% discount.
Shipping Charges
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all batteries and Victron products across Canada and the United States. Depending on your shipping address, our system determines the best courier service to ensure you get your shipment arrives as quickly as possible. Shipping typically takes 2-6 business days within Canada. Exceptions may apply if you live in remote or rural areas. International shipping is available and quotes are upon request. Additional charges may apply to international orders, and the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, freight, and any potential warranty return.
Freight Shipment Terms
International orders may not ship on the same day and may require an additional 1-2 business days to ship. Canbat will use its discretion on whether to ship via ground or freight service for large orders, depending on courier availability and local regulations. Larger orders of 4 or more batteries might be shipped on a wooden pallet, depending on the size of the shipment. A valid phone number must be provided for all freight deliveries. The customer must indicate whether they need tail lift delivery to unload the shipment from the truck.
Warranty Policy
Canbat has a simple warranty policy.
Canbat Technologies Inc. warrants every lithium battery for 10 years, Lead-carbon battery for 2 years, lead-acid battery for 1 year and Canbat lithium chargers for 5 years from the date of sale as determined by the sale receipt. Victron products come with a 5-year manufacturer warranty. Canbat will assist in filing a warranty claim to Victron Energy and help you replace or repair any defective Victron product. Negligence or misuse of products is not covered under warranty. Warranty details are available on every product page.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. The product must be new, unused, and in the original packaging. A restocking fee of 10% will apply. The client is responsible for shipping costs. If it is deemed that a returned product is opened or used, the product will not be returned and the customer will be responsible for covering all costs related to shipping the product back. The customer will also be charged an inspection fee. If the return is accepted, the client will also be charged for the shipping costs originally paid by Canbat when the product was first purchased.
