Right-Angle Power Connector Set for Custom High-Current Battery Cables
This red-and-black connector set lets installers build and crimp their own high-current battery cables instead of buying a pre-made assembly. Each set includes one red positive connector (ES08-P25S-02-RD) and one black negative connector (ES08-P25S-02-BK), with a right-angle cable exit for clean, low-profile routing inside a rack or enclosure. The connectors are rated for 120A when properly assembled with 25 mm² copper cable, approximately 3 AWG. This set fits the Canbat CLI100-48LT 48V lithium rack battery and other compatible batteries using the same ES08-P25S-02 connector style.
Built for demanding energy-storage and rack-mount installations, each connector uses a silver-plated copper-alloy contact for a low-resistance joint, a glass-reinforced PA66 housing rated UL94 V-0, and an integrated sealing ring that provides IP67 and IP69K protection when properly mated. The set is rated to 1500 V DC, withstands 3000 V AC, and operates from −40 °C to +125 °C.
The threaded coupling helps keep the connector securely mated, making this set well suited to rack energy storage, off-grid solar banks, telecom backup, and custom cable assemblies where a sealed, high-current connection is required.

Compatibility
These connectors are the matching power connector for the Canbat CLI100-48LT 48V lithium rack battery, and are also suitable for other batteries that use the same ES08-P25S-02 right-angle connector style.
The ES08 family includes several cable-size versions, so this set is not a universal fit. Before ordering, confirm that your battery uses the ES08-P25S-02 connector specifically, and verify connector type, polarity, cable size, and overall battery compatibility for your installation.
Installation
This product includes the connectors only. Cable, wire, crimping tools, adhesive-lined heat shrink, protective loom, lugs, and installation hardware are not included.
For a sealed, high-current joint, the manufacturer recommends applying adhesive-lined heat-shrink tubing over the crimped barrel and cable insulation, leaving at least 20 mm of tubing past the end of the tail cap.
Professional crimping is required. Confirm polarity, cable size, and connector compatibility with your battery before crimping.
