The Phoenix range of inverters is suitable for a wide range of applications. This 12V 250W Inverter can be used with Canbat lead-acid and lithium (LIFEPO4) batteries.

VE.Direct communication port
The VE.Direct port can be connected to:

Proven reliability
The full bridge plus toroidal transformer topology has proven its reliability over many years.
The inverters are short circuit proof and protected against overheating, whether due to overload or
high ambient temperature.
High start-up power
Needed to start loads such as power converters for LED lamps, halogen lamps or electric tools.
ECO mode
When in ECO mode, the inverter will switch to standby when the load decreases below a preset
value (min load: 15W). Once in standby, the inverter will switch on for a short period (adjustable,
default: every 2,5 seconds). If the load exceeds a preset level, the inverter will remain on.

For small requirement, this inverter is the best. It is very efficient and has a very good performance system. I tested it many time times to see how much of high voltage it can handle, so far it’s not hitting rock bottom and I am very impressed with it.

The Victron Energy Phoenix 12V 250W Inverter is very good and all but you do need buy some extra cables if you gonna use the VE.Direct communication port cause it doesn’t come with VE.Direct to USB interface or VE. Direct Bluetooth Smart dongle. Other than that it is a pretty good Victron product.

The Victron Energy Phoenix 12V 250W is pretty good inverter. The only problem is that it doesn’t come with adaptors like VE.Direct to USB interface or VE. Direct Bluetooth Smart dongle; would have been nice if it came with those. Besides that, it can do the job as intended to do.

It’s my first time buying a Victron inverter, I got it for my electronic accessories; I was a bit skeptical at first but after configuration and everything, it is working really well. Too bad it doesn’t come with USB or adaptors with it; but it that doesn’t really bother me as long as the inverter does it’s job well. And it does!!!
