The Phoenix range of inverters is suitable for a wide range of applications. This 48V 500W Inverter can be used with Canbat lead-acid and lithium (LIFEPO4) batteries.

VE.Direct communication port

Proven reliability
The full bridge plus toroidal transformer topology has proven its reliability over many years.
The inverters are short circuit proof and protected against overheating, whether due to overload or
high ambient temperature.
High start-up power
Needed to start loads such as power converters for LED lamps, halogen lamps or electric tools.
ECO mode
When in ECO mode, the inverter will switch to standby when the load decreases below a preset
value (min load: 15W). Once in standby, the inverter will switch on for a short period (adjustable,
default: every 2,5 seconds). If the load exceeds a preset level, the inverter will remain on.

The Victron Energy Phoenix 48V 500W Inverter is amazing, it has many many options and features. it’s safe and reliable; it also has ECO mode which is good. Moreover, this has the VE.Direct port in which you can use the USB interface cable or Bluetooth Smart dongle in order to connect to smartphones, iPad, tablet, computer, and many more. Love the fact that now you can buy this from Canbat with free shipping, that’s amazing.

Pretty good inverter, does the job the for. No problem, nor glitches or whatsoever. The only problem I have with this is that it doesn’t come with those extra cables like VE.Direct to USB interface cable where you can connect to smartphone or laptop; you have to buy those separately. Overall, Victron Energy makes decent products, worth getting them.

A very nice product. Does the job for you. The Victron Energy Phoenix 48V 500W Inverter can described best as the pinnacle of all the inverters out there, it’s a little expensive but for what you are getting is safe and reliable for years to come. I recommend getting Bluetooth dongle for; that way you can have more easy control and access to it.

The Victron Energy Phoenix 48V 500W Inverter is perfect inverter but it doesn’t come those extra cables that you need for connecting to other devices like laptop, computer, smartphones, iPads, and tablets. Would have been nice if it came with those but then again can’t complain too much about it, it’s a minor detail. Performance wise the inverter works fantastic, the subtle details, the configuration, and the setup were super easy, couldn’t be any more happier than this.

Glad I spent a few extra dollars and got this inverter. The Victron Energy Phoenix 48V 500W Inverter is the best there is out there, there are many many cheap ones out there but none of them can guarantee safety and reliability; especially for someone like me who uses it on the boat. Victron Energy really do make high quality products, and as a first time consumer, I can safely say that it’s worth getting it.
