I just finished renovating my Toyota motorhome that I have been living in for the past 2 years now. The last thing I needed to finish the job was a new battery to juice it up. My old battery was a 12V 100Ah lead-acid and was hooked up to an inverter and I was only able to discharge it to 50%. I have been doing a lot of searching online as this is a long-term investment for me and I came across this Canbat lithium iron phosphate battery and after reading some of the reviews I decided to give it a shot. Its been 3 months now and I have to say it’s far better than AGM. ! it is rated at 12.8V and so it was a simple plug and play replacement. I hooked up the positive and negative terminals and then connected my appliances. Now I am able to completely drain the battery all the way to zero and I was able to double the hours that I can use my appliances before recharging again. The Deep cycle feature and battery management system to protect the battery is what I can say sold me on this upgrade. It’s a bigger investment at first but I am super satisfied.

I’m so happy I found these guys. I live in Kelowna and my options for a 12V 100Ah lithium battery are very limited. There is literally one company down here and they barely have stock. Quality/Price you will get value for your money and more with CANBAT LiFePO4 batteries.
For using more than one battery I recommend the “Minn Kota On-Board Precision Chargers” charger which in my opinion is best suited.
This new generation of chargers has been optimized for 12-volt lithium (LiFePO4) batteries.
Personally I use a MK345PCL model with 3 charging banks of 15 Amps per Bank each allowing me to charge 3 batteries independently.
Finally, the support is excellent.

I Called Canbat and they helped me determine the amp hours needed for my new Bigfoot RV. Customer service was great and the batteries are even better, at least so far. It’s been about 2 months now. The only thing is that pricing is higher than some other brands, which I didn’t mind but still! If you care about premium service and quality, I would recommend Canbat. If you’re on a budget, you’re better going elsewhere.
