Lithium Battery Floor Mount – Secure Installation Kit for Canbat CLI100-48LT

The Lithium Battery Floor Mount (CLI100-48FM) is engineered specifically for the secure floor installation of the Canbat CLI100-48LT 48V 100Ah lithium battery. Designed for stationary indoor energy storage systems, this mounting solution ensures safety, stability, and clean cable management in residential, commercial, and industrial environments.

The mounting kit includes a durable steel base, precision side brackets, and all hardware required to anchor the CLI100-48LT to concrete or wood surfaces. The base lifts the battery slightly off the floor to improve airflow and help protect against dust and moisture. Integrated wall stabilizers enhance rigidity, especially in environments with vibration or foot traffic.

This Lithium Battery Floor Mount also includes the required inter-battery power, grounding, and communication cables for parallel installations of multiple CLI100-48LT batteries. It does not include inverter or junction box connection cables; these are available separately in a dedicated cable kit.

Installation Instructions

1. Unpack the CLI100-48LT battery.
2. Remove the mounting ears from both sides of the battery.
3. Place the mounting base on the floor, approximately 10–35 mm from the wall.
4. (Optional) Drill holes and install expansion bolts in the floor (≥50 mm deep).
5. (Optional) Secure the base to the floor using the supplied nuts.
6. Attach the decorative panel and wall stabilization brackets to the battery and place the battery on the base.
7. Align the wall brackets and mark the drill holes on the wall.
8. Remove the brackets, drill wall holes, and insert the expansion bolts.
9. Reattach and secure the brackets to the wall.
